He is survived by: his wife Jane Susan Wilson; his children, Joshua Schrimpf (Lindsey), Lindsay Propst (Kurt), Luke Schrimpf (Brooke), Zachary Schrimpf (Emily) and Haley Schrimpf (James Stewart); his brothers, Roger, Jeff, Mark, Brian and Bruce Schrimpf; and his grandchildren, Joziah Schrimpf, Sylvia Schrimpf, Oliver Schrimpf, Preston Schrimpf, Lexi Propst, Livie Propst, Eli Propst, Paxton Schrimpf, Wyatt Schrimpf, Atley Schrimpf, Iyla Schrimpf, Thomas Schrimpf, Tucker Davidson and Cooper Davidson.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Douglas Schrimpf Grandchildren's Education Fund, in care of Jane Schrimpf.
