He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Richard and Hulda Mary Lucy Forbis (Hiatte); and his sisters, Esther Thixton and Dorothy Graham. He is survived by : his wife Darlene Kay Wilson; and his daughters, Lori Cook of Springfield and Pam Cain (Phil) of California, Missouri. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
