She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Thomas and Helen Thomas (Beard); and her husband Billy Lee Sankpill. She is survived by: her children, Chris Sankpill (Debbie), Robin Sandbothe (Connie Edwards) and Nate Grey; her grandchildren, Nicholas Sankpill (Jordan), Heather Gorman (Joe) and Brandon Sankpill (Dan Cayce); and her great grandchildren, Vivian, Stella, EverLeigh Sankpill, Anna, Allison and Kristen Gorman.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Jefferson City High School.
