She was predeceased by: her grandparents, James, Dorothy Edwards, Herman and Miriam Sumpter. She is survived by: her parents, Barbara Sumpter (Edwards) of Columbia and Phillip Sumpter of Jamestown; her husband Jeffrey Strope of Holts Summit; her son Cody Franklin (Marissa) of Warrenton; her grandchildren, Oliver and Allison; her son Cole Franklin of Holts Summit; and her sister Angela Faurot of New Bloomfield.
Memorials may be given to the family which will go toward the care and upkeep of the family cemetery in Ulman, MO.
