He is survived by: his wife Lisa Henderson; his children, Arthur R. Henderson of San Francisco, Calif and Jacob G. Henderson (Charissa); his grandchildren, Vincent of Dallas, George of Dallas and Zora of Dallas; his daughter Teresa M. Henderson Suarez (Michael) of Fort Worth, Tex.; Sally Bernskoetter (Dan) of Lohman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.
