Bell; his grandmother Virginia Washington; his aunts and uncles, Tim Washington, Karen Washington, Cheryl Roubidoux and Mark Roubidoux; and his parents-in-law, Kathy Carder and Randy Carder (Kristy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
