He is survived by : his children, Greg Oliver of Seattle, Stacy Renfro (Rob) of Seattle, Ellen Hawley (Steve) of Seattle and Myla Blandford (Chris) of Belleville, Illinois.; and his stepchildren, Tina O'Brien and Tom Farrar (Cindy).
