He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Allen. He is survived by: his mother Donna Jean Allen (McIntyre); his wife Rachelle Eileen Allen; his children, David Allen Jr. of Kansas City, Robert Allen of Kansas City, Eric Allen of Kansas City and Cassandra Cambern (Matt Cambern) of Kansas City; his siblings, Dean Allen, Debbie East, Dian York and Denise Golata; and his grandchildren, Courtney, Kylee, Brianna, Brayden, Braxton and Bernyce.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the David Allen Memorial Fund and made payable to Rachelle Allen.
