He was predeceased by : his parents, Kelly Rhoades and Carrie Shultz Rhoades; and his siblings, Kenth, Eldon, Roger, Omer, Jess, Dean, Bertha Alexander, Connie Schudy, Margaret Faverty, Ruth Logan, Helen Allen, Pauline Halford and Hester Moles.

He is survived by : his grandson Mark; his wife Pat; his children, Linda Evans of Houston, MO and Mark (Terrie) of Willow Springs; his grandchildren, Matthew Evans, Misty Evans and Christopher Rhoades (Stacey); his great grandchildren, Micah, Samuel, Josiah and Charlotte; his grandchildren, Sandie Rhoades and Daniel Rhoades (Claire); and his sister Loretta Kelly of Norwood, MO. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and a host of friends.
