We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2024, at the age of 70, Curtis N. Wiersema (Houston, Missouri), born in Portland, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Laurin Jay and Christine Anglin Wiersema. He is survived by : his wife Faye Wiersema; his children, Sherry E. Ney (Marshall) of Asheville, NC, Lucas J. Wiersema (Jenna) of Warren, OH and Philip P. Wiersema of Willow Springs, MO; his grandchildren, Elias, Sophia, Maxton, James, Zayden, Hazel and Rowan; his brother Chuck Wiersema (Patty) of Willow Springs, MO; and his nieces, Ann Hines of Willow Springs, MO and Sally Wiersema of Houston, MO.

In honor of Curt's love for our natural world, the family requests donations in his memory to The Ozark Trail Association at http://www.ozarktrail.com.
