He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ernest "Cotton" Smith and Harriette Smith (Hennick); and his son Christian. He is survived by: his wife Joanie; his daughter Tracie Holley (Russ); his daughter-in-law Laura Smith; and his grandsons, Taylor Smith, Tanner Smith, Hawaiian and Ohana.
