He is survived by: his wife Judy Witte (Feher); his children, Becky Cutler of O'Fallon, IL and Theodore "Ted" Witte (Brittany); his foster son Robert "Bert" Maxwell of Belleville, IL; his grandchildren, Erin, Mason Cutler, Lukas, Alaina, Wyatt, Arabella, Cade, Buckley, Aiyana, Beau, Jesse, William and John Witte; and his sister Janice Evans. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
