He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Franklin Fraley and Dovie Elizabeth Fraley (Childers); his daughter Brenda Kay Manns; his wife Neva Miller; his great grandchild Tevin Geike; and his sister Clestyl Clark.
He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Susan Branson (David); his granddaughters, Jennifer Rose (Dean), Elizabeth McCormick (Sean) and Sara Jo Flora (Jim); his great grandchildren, Jarod Geike, Joseph Rose, Abby, Ellie, James and Kolby Flora; his son-in-law Don Manns; his sister Faith Lovelace; and his close friend Darlene Shawhan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
