He was predeceased by : his parents, Lena Dosha Neugebauer (Lesley) and Fred Neugebauer; and his brother Freddie Neugebauer. He is survived by : his children, Chris (Lisa) of Eureka, Rodney (Tressie) of Houston and Lisa (Jarrett) of Springfield; and his grandchildren, Kristin of Overland and Kirk.
