Kenneth C. Lay Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kenneth C. Lay (Houston, Missouri), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 21, 2026 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucian Lay and Edna Lay; his sisters, Imogene, Udeena, Betty and Wilma; his son Kenny Lay (Kim Lay); his grandson David Foster; and his wife Nadine Lay.

He is survived by: his children, Tonya (Gene Foster), Lexie (Jeff Searcy) and Kelly (Susie Lay). He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren, and nineteen great-great-grandchildren, who, along with his many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to St. Jude Hospital, an organization close to Kenneth's heart.
