He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Scheets, Josh Maddox (Jennifer), Nikeeta Gebbie (Aaron), Christina Maddox (Blain Housley) and MiNaya McConnell (Kenny) of Cabool, MO.; and his brothers, Ronald Maddox (Mary Pat) of Valley Falls, KS, Daryl Maddox of Pittsboro, NC, Roger Lasster of Oregon and Fred Lasster of Kincaid, KS.
