She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Hicks and Hazel Hicks (Miller); her husband Eddie Moore; her parents-in-law, Leslie and Ursie Moore; her sister Rita Peek (Hicks); and her brothers-in-law, Delane Moore and Richard "Dick" Peek.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael of Houston, Terry of Houston and Joey Moore (Julie) of Houston; her grandchildren, Seth Rosen, Zackery Base (Tabby), Shelbi Dixon (Josh), CJ Moore (Sarah), Christopher Moore, Terry Wolfe (Tricia), Jennifer, Jessica and Josi Spauldin; her sons, Freyja Rosen, Maddison, Noah, Reign Base, Logan, Harper, Whitley, Lathom Dixon, Colten, Brentley, Mason, Lane, Paisleigh Moore, Jonathon, Ellie, Kinslee Wolfe, Averie Spauldin, Montgomery Spauldin-Amick and Ember Ledezma; her siblings, Richard Hicks (Pat) and Rose Ward; her siblings-in-law, Gary Moore and Hilda Moore; her aunt Joyce Slatner (Miller); and her child Church. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Rowena's memory may be made to Wolford Cemetery or the Houston Alumni Association.
