He is survived by: his children, Jacob Miles, Sadie O'Keefe, Geoff Price and Lauren Levesque; his sisters, Teresa Tule and Tracy Price; and his friend Martin Worley. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
