She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Parker Charles and Mary Rachel Charles (Mullins); her husband John McFail, Jr.; her children, Carl William Vickrey (Marsha) and Carla Jo Bell (Randy); her grandson Russ Vickrey; her great grandchild Jeremiah Kleinschmidt; and her siblings, Raymond Charles and Mary Catherine Salmons.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Parker Vickrey (Roberta) of Knob Noster and Connie Jean Kleinschmidt (J. R.) of La Monte; her grandchildren, Rachel Rayburn, Keith Kleinschmidt, Adam Kleinschmidt, Matt Vickrey, Elizabeth Caldwell, Steven Bell and Travis Bell; and her great grandchildren, Trevor, Ethan, Aidan, Everett, Alina, Audric, Anabel, Parker, Sarah, Elsie, Hannah, McKinley, Charlie, Cara, Bobby and Dirck.
