He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Franklin Prough and Mable Ann Prough (Spain). He is survived by: his sisters, Deborah Dugas, Rebecca Sanchez and Cynthia Prough; his nieces and nephews, Michael Black, Morgan Black, Shauna Bradney and Jennifer Harms; his great-nieces, Kat Nguyen, Arianna Nguyen, Maria Elena Black and Nessie Bradney; and his great-nephew Alexander Nguyen.
