She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvie Maxie and Maude Elizabeth Ewan Wilson; her husband Marvin Hess; and her sister Maxine Henty. She is survived by: her daughters, Marlene Clark (Gary) of Monett and Marthena Spainhoward (Scott) of Uniontown, Kansas; her grandchildren, Ash Clark (Melanie), Garrett Clark (Cara), Mitchel Spainhoward (Brandi), Luke Spainhoward (Jayme) and Kaitlin Spainhoward; Marvin Wilson of Prairie Village, Kansas.. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
