He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Birge (Yung); his children, Aaron Birge (Stacy), Travis Birge (Jamie), Dustan Johnson and Amanda Johnson; and his sister Brenda Johnson Ziegler. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
