She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Burckhartt and Margaret Burckhartt (Crist); her spouse J. V. Jacoby; her son Tracy Jacoby; and her brother Dean Burckhartt.

She is survived by: her children, Kristy Jacoby (Kristen) of Columbia, Missouri, Marci Gerling (Matt) of Pilot Grove, Missouri, Gabe Jacoby (Nicole) of Huntsville, Missouri and Lindsey Sontheimer (Ben) of Cairo, Missouri; her daughter-in-law Debbie Jacoby of Huntsville, Missouri; her grandchildren, Brittan Gibson (Brent), Zane Jacoby (Kate), Vivian Jacoby, Brinkley Jacoby, Lou Jacoby, Zach Simmons, Jordan Sontheimer, Brandon Sontheimer, Harper Sontheimer, Tilmon Sontheimer and Declan Sontheimer; her great grandchildren, Ledger, Booker Gibson and Collins Jacoby; her siblings, Troy Burckhartt of Cedar Rapids and Beverly Land (Lennis) of Huntsville, Missouri; and her sister-in-law Amy Burckhartt of Huntsville, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
