He is survived by : his wife Pam; his children, Sarah Bax (Jerry), Derrick Jarrett (Lynnette) and Monica Cain (Randy); his grandchildren, Ethan Bax, Landon Bax, Kendal Bax, Dawson Jarrett, Russell Aden, Sarah Tabor, Mackinze Tabor, Austin Tabor, Hailey Cain and Reagan Cain; and his great grandchildren, Skylar, Rylan, Sage, Gracelyn, Hadley, Rosie and Keaton.
