It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Singleton Darr Jr. of Iberia, Missouri, who passed away on June 8, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie S. Darr, Sr. and Halley Maxine Darr Shelton (Dean); and his siblings, Delores Quinn, David Darr and Bryce Darr.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Darr; his children, Renee Maples (Dwayne) and Justin Darr (Cheri); his stepchildren, Jody Vance (Sam), Angela Dusenberry, Gari Luttrell (Scotty) and Ronnie Plemmons (Shasta); his grandchildren, Daniel, Meghan, Jessica, Sarah and Hannah; his great grandchildren, Asher, Cayde, Koe and Banks; his stepgrandchildren, Josh, Hailey, Perry, Riley, Mason, Jordan, Travin and Tanner; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Wesley, Sadie, Maggie, Tillie, Gentry, Morgan, Beau and Josie; and his sister Barbara Hodges.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home (2247 MO-17, Iberia, MO 65486). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Mt. Gilead Church.
