He was predeceased by: his father Omar Heckethorn; his stepfather Jessey Allen Ash; and his grandparents, Porter, Virginia Heckethorn, Charles and Geraldine Pendleton.
He is survived by: his mother Deborah Jean Ash (Pendleton); his children, Madison Heckethorn, Erica Hook, Quinton Hook and Johnathan Heckethorn; his grandchildren, Harper and Ava; and his siblings, Allen Ash, Melissa Ash (Justin), Michael Pendleton (Starla), Virginia Long (Shannon), Kylee Long (Travis), Stephanie Ash, Charley Huss (Don), Donita Burgess (Anthony) and Omar Heckethorn, Jr..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home (2247 MO-17, Iberia, MO 65486). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Lucas Heckethorn Memorial Fund.
