With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Melissa Ann Weems of Iberia, Missouri, born in Tuscumbia, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 3, 2025 at the age of 52. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Norman and Luella Rowden; her sister Rachel Duncan (Jaeson); and her uncle Pete Drace. She is survived by: her husband Scotty Ray Weems; her children, Alicia May Rowden, Stacie Ann Shoemaker and Stihl Doba; her grandchildren, Mason, Kailee, Abby, Adrian, Nicholas and Mavis; her great grandchild Elijah Ray Rowden; her siblings, Sheena Cato (AJ), CJ LaBrot (Candra), Melinda LaBrot and Chuck Labrot (Nikki); her mother Sheila LaBrot; her uncle Terry Rowden; and her aunt Betty Drace. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home (2247 MO-17, Iberia, MO 65486). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
