He was predeceased by: his mother Violet Lancaster; his sister Patty Buchanan; his stepfather James Lancaster; and his best-friend Don Cummings. He is survived by: his wife Gertrud McDanel; his children, Michael McDanel (Lisa) and Michelle Roseberg; his grandchildren, Jordain McDanel, Edden Rosenberg, Alyssa McDanel, Bree McDanel, Arden Rosenberg and Sarai Rosenberg; his brother Lee McDanel; his aunt Joann Waugh; and his sister-in-law Inge E. Webster. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home (2247 MO-17, Iberia, MO 65486). A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
