He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxwell Williams and Parma Williams (Pollock); and his siblings, Bonnie, Laurie, Kirk and Wesley.
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Tammy Decker (Pat), Jennifer Fuhremann, Ken Williams, Audrey Buckley, Heather Pfeffer (Jim) and Gwen Spillan (Tim); and his sister Parma. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews and cousins.
