With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Christopher Sumpter of Imperial, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Sumpter and Elzilene Sumpter (Barton); his wife Eula Mae Volner; and his siblings, Ogie, Emmitt, Thedford, Lexie, Ovie, James Sumpter, Frieda Stallings, Retha Orick and Eva Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Sumpter of Shiloh, Phyllis Davis (Ricky) of Imperial, Rhonda Giles (Kevin) of Mt. Olive and Patricia Corbin (Mike) of Dupo. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
