He was predeceased by: his parents, William Heitert and Lillian Henkenis; his former wife Katheryn Heitert; and his siblings, Lorraine, Lil and Bill (Ellen).
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Heitert, Daniel Heitert and Pamela Gray-Hemann (Stephen); his grandchildren, Jamie Gray, James Gray III, Kaelyn Crook (Dakotah) and Stephen Hemann Jr.; his great grandchildren, Riley, Benjamin Gray and Della Crook; his sister Sharon (Ken); and his wife Rhonda HeitertDaughter.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and at 8:00 PM at the Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home (1081 Jeffco Blvd, Arnold, MO 63010). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
