It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin Wesley Schornhorst of Independence, Missouri, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Jean Schornhorst; his son David Scott Waldon; and his grandsons, Adam Scott Waldon and Nicholas Anthony Robinson. He is survived by: his daughters, Toika Crain, Brooke Martin, Bridy Thompson (Chris) and Brianne Burditt (Drew); and his grandchildren, Sara, Dustin, Ian, Austin, Bailee, Tara, Zach, Tyler, Britny, Codey, Madison, Abigail, Jayla, Korion and Navy. He is also survived by 4 siblings.
The family is asking for donations in lieu of flowers to help cover expenses.
