He is survived by: his children, Brian Perez of Independence, MO, Kim Perez Frederick (Chris) of Independence, MO, Thad Perez (Jess) of Overland Park, KS, Amy Perez of Independence, MO, Adam Perez (Allison) of Independence, MO and Adriana Perez of Chicago, IL.; his siblings, Marcy Wishon and Robert Perez; his grandchildren, Marissa, Maysen, Kiana, Anisah, Tanner, Elisia, Noah and Samuel; and his great grandchildren, Oakley, River and Payton. He is also survived by many nephews, and cousins; and a host of cherished friends.
