He was predeceased by: his parents, LeOra Richards (Claude) and Harrell McCain (Maude); his in-laws, Opal and Scott Prouty; his sister Diana Honerman; his siblings-in-law, Merle Honerman and Sharon Knobe; and his nephew Andrew Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Myrna; his sons, Wes McCain (Shannon) of Neosho, Josh McCain (Stacey) of Florence and Montana; his grandson Levi McCain of Kaycee; his stepsister Darlene Howard (Dale); and his brother Claude Richards (LuWanna).
