Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Harness and Betty Harness of Independence, Missouri.; his sister Peggy Harness; and his great-niece Olivia Harness-Clark. He is survived by: his brother Thomas Harness (Janet); his nieces, Amanda Leigh (Mike), Kate Harness and Mary Baack (Thomas); and his great-nephew Griffin Harness-Clark.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Royer Funeral Home (1823 N Blue Mills Rd, Independence, MO 64058). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
