He is survived by: his wife Melinda B Weir (Mindy); his granddaughter Christina Gann; and his cousins, Doug Perry (Debbie), Sharon Smith, Bryan Perry (Jessica), Beth Hesson (John), Aimee Ramsey (Aaron), Rob Smith, Marsha Mezger (Doug), Stephanie Huffman (Mitch), Vince Brice, Carol Lewis, Mary Arnold, Katie Smith, Amy Heisler, Pete Heisler and Vicki Walter.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Chris' honor to the American Heart Association.
