He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Kettlewell and Marilyn Kettlewell (Wismer) of Canada; and his brother Paul Kettlewell. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kettlewell (Christensen); his children, Mark Kettlewell (Elizabeth), Lisa Marie Kettlewell, Luna Kettlewell (Clay), Crystal Reckman (Danny) and Ben Kettlewell; and his siblings, Ted Kettlewell, Dave Kettlewell and Janey Bredeman. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
