She was predeceased by: her parents, Marlene Sullivan (Otto) and Bartolo Manguso, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Rick; her children, Jeffrey Hawkins (Stacey), Corey Hawkins (Tiffany), Shelby Clark and John Wheeler; her siblings, Pamela Weber (Mark) and Bartolo Manguso, Jr. (Kelly); and her grandchildren, Alaynea Garrison, Lilli Clark, Larrsen Clark, Sunni Clark, Noel Hawkins, Brooklynn Hawkins, Canton Hawkins, Kiley Hawkins, Jayden Hawkins, Brantley and Beckham.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Connie's name to the University of Kansas Cancer Center.
