He is survived by: his wife Donna Matter; his daughters, Megan Sample (Michael) and Mallory Weeks (Jackson); his grandchildren, Warren, Callahan and Caroline Weeks; his sister Susan Matter; and his siblings-in-law, Eric Slover (Janet), Kyle Slover (Crystal) and Julie Robinson (Edward). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
