James Philo Sappington and Doris Maxine Cromwell; his children, Paul Anthony Sappington of Broseley, MO and Flora Maxine Clark of Anchorage, AK.; his spouse Mickie Kniffen; his siblings, James Nathan Sappington of Springfield, MO, Robert Paul Sappington of Naylor, MO, Michael Anthony Sappington of Doniphan, MO, Doyle Eugene Sappington of Poplar Bluff, MO, Vinita Maxine Sappington of Salem, MO and Sarah Ann Mercer of Sullivan, MO.; and his stepdaughters, Carla Lynn Drysdale of Harville, MO and Jennifer Case of Lee's Summit, MO.
