He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeaneldon Whitehill and James Perry; and his siblings, James Michael, Gregory Lee Perry and Carolyn Jane Persall.
He is survived by: his sons, David Steven and Mark Alan Perry; his brother Chris; his sister-in-law Susan Whitehill; his sister Cynthia Prewitt; and his sister-in-law Susan Perry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
