It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debbie J. Carlyle of Independence, Missouri, who passed away on January 8, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Madeline Courtney and Ross Edward Courtney; and her siblings, Ross Edward Courtney Jr., Thomas Eugene Courtney and Carol Hatley.
She is survived by: her children, Shelia Sturges, Pamela Woods, Carol Macias and Joseph Lipinski; and her sister Patricia Ann Jorgensen. She is also survived by six grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
