She was predeceased by : her parents, William Carl and Wylma Jean Posey; and her sister Karen Sue "Susie" Todd. She is survived by : her husband Rick Harrell; her siblings, Bob Posey (Tammy) of Edmond, OK and Karla Posey-Taylor "Jeannie" (Larry) of Woodward, OK; and her pet Molly. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carson-Speaks Chapel (1501 W Lexington Ave, Independence, MO 64052). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Matthews Funeral Home (601 S Kelly Ave, Edmond, OK 73003). A burial was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at the Gracelawn Cemetery (1407 North Blvd, Edmond, OK 73003).
