He was predeceased by: his close friend Gary Marsh; his parents, Hilda Valet and Gerald Valet; and his son Seth Andrew Valet. He is survived by: his former wife Dorothy Valet (Link); his sons, Michael Dwayne Valet (Carla), Jared Bryan Valet (Maloree) and Ethan Edward Valet (Lauren); his daughter-in-law Melody Valet; and his siblings, Jerry Valet, John Valet, Dick Valet and Linda Staley. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
