He is survived by: his wife Shelly Ashworth of Independence, Missouri; his son Donald Jr. (Carrie); his grandchildren, Michaela, Donovan, Emma and Dana of Dallas; his great grandchild Alice (Ben) of Kansas City, Missouri; his stepdaughter Becca McCrorey; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Levi and Eli; his stepgrandchildren, Gabriella, Daizy, Violette, Erimias, Zaydyn, Elianna, Erilynn, Elias and Roezell; his stepson Kenny Hayes; and his grandchildren, Kyara and Raiden.
