She was predeceased by: her mother Donna J Ethington (Lackey); and her sister Teresa Keown. She is survived by: her father Richard T Ethington; her husband Bill Clark; her children, Tim Clark (Shannon), Jeremy Clark and Kelli Wantland (Lance); and her grandchildren, Katelynn Hawley, Brennon Larsen, Jackson Clark, Tristynn Clark, Sydni Wantland, Micah Sarno, Zane Wantland and Brooks Clark.
