She is survived by: her granddaughter Suzanne; her children, Mary Ann Kelley (Jerry), John Charles Halastik (Lisa) and Robert Michael Halastik (Dixie); her great grandchildren, Suzanne Halastik and Alicia White (John); her children, Kelley, Patrick, Nicky, Isabel, Kerri Kay (Marlon) and Jonathan Kay (Alison); her grandchildren, Collin, Lily and Rob Halastik (Emily); her children, Sophia and Easton; her granddaughter Jenna Wolniak (Luke); her children, Knox and Cam; her great grandchildren, Madison and Kelton Kelley; and her great great grandchild Keenan Johnson.
