With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ed Allen Wilkinson of Independence, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 12, 2025 at the age of 62. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ed Allen Wilkinson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father Philip Wilkinson; his sister Tammy George; his grandparents, Gilbert, Wilda York, Edwin and Charolette Anderson; and his uncle Don Wilkinson.
He is survived by: his mother Burnetta Wilkinson (York); his wife Mary Harp; his children, Michael Wilkinson (Shelley McMurray) and T. J. Parvin; his grandchildren, Michael and Skylar Parvin; and his siblings, Dan Wilkinson, Jurnetta Andrews, Victoria Hobson and Bambi Claibourn.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newcomer's Noland Road Chapel (509 S Noland Rd, Independence, MO 64050). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ed's memory may be made to St Jude's Foundation.
