He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Smith and Lillian E. Smith Weeks (Chapman); and his granddaughters, Ashley and Megan. He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn (Wayne); his great grandchild Aubree; his stepgrandson Kodey (Laila); and his stepgreat-grandson Wesson.
