He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Mary Devine Sr. (Conkling); and his wife Sally. He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Kirby (Jim) of Holden, MO, James Herbert Devine of Overland Park, KS and David Westley Devine (Janet). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Speaks Suburban Chapel (18020 East 39th St S, Independence, MO 64055). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery (20109 MO-13 BUS, Higginsville, MO 64037).
